Collis-Riondo vineyards cover all the main production zones of Veneto region, from Valpolicella in the north of Verona, to Soave in the east of the city up to the province of Vicenza and Padua where Prosecco grows. This is one of the most productive regions in Italy and a genuine jewel in the winemaking world.
The main grape varieties are Garganega, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Glera for the white grape varieties; Corvina, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for red ones. The most produced appellations are Prosecco, Soave, Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone.
At the end of the summer, from August to October, the harvest takes place. The grapes are daily delivered to the six cellars of the Group and from here on, followed by our expert winemakers and wine producers. Each winery is equipped with all the best structures and technologies for the vinification of Collis-Riondo wines and over 2,000 vine vessels allow the vinification in purity and at controlled temperature of the different vines.
